Discreet Shipping

To ensure the privacy of all of our customers, all packages are shipped in plain white or plain brown boxes. There are no external markings on the boxes to indicate the contents.

The ‘FROM’ address on all postage labels is “Impeccably PTY LTD” which is the holding company of Hardrrr. Any web searches for Impeccably will lead to https://impeccably.co which is a holding page for a retail fashion brand. No links to Hardrrr are made.

For international packages, all customs papers are accurately declared with the common name of the item. For example “Hook” or “Necklace” or “Workshop Vice”. Whilst customs declarations are 100% correct and accurate they are also not in any way indicative of the intended use of the package contents.
