Nothing said pressure like this Spiked Ball Crusher. With 5 internal adjustable screw spikes, you can dial up the intensity however you want. Simply twist out the vice to wide open, slide the balls and scrotum through and then gradually wind in the vice. Once you’re at the desired depth, then you can start to screw in the spikes using the supplied allen key.
This device is not for the uninitiated and requires care when fitting for the first time.
