Returns Policy
No returns or refunds for sale items.
If the goods you receive are found to be damaged or defective, these may be returned to us within 14 days, in the original packaging, for replacement.
Please include a copy of the receipt, we’ll issue a credit on to your account with us for the cost of standard postage, with tracking. To commence a damage or defective return, please complete a return request here.
If there’s an issue with the sizing, please complete a return request here, so we can discuss your measurements and exchange as required.
Should you wish to return an item for any other reason, you have 14 days to do so. Please complete a return request here.
Before sending any goods back, please contact us so we know to look out for it. We take great care when packaging your order so we ask you do the same when returning anything to us. Please note, we do not cover the cost of postage for returns where the item is not defective.

Bespoke items, including made to measure, are non-returnable and non-refundable so please consider your custom made items carefully.
For health reasons, Insertable Toys (e.g. Dildos, Butt Plugs Vibrators & Gags), Cock & Ball Toys, Medical Toys, Bras and Underwear (both Mens and Womens) will not be exchanged, as these products cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
Our customers health and well-being is paramount to us and it is deemed that once a product has been received by our customer, it is used. Please choose carefully.
Cancellations
We’re really quick at picking, packing, and processing your order to make sure you receive it ASAP. This means you are unable to cancel or amend an order once you have placed it. Please contact or email us if you would like to cancel your order. However, there are no guarantees we can do so if your order has already been shipped.
