Return or exchange if you’re not completely satisfied.
Incorrect Size. If the gear you purchase is the wrong size when you receive it, let us know and we’ll exchange it for one of the correct size.
Unsatisfactory Quality. Hardrrr products are always of the highest quality. If the gear you receive doesn’t deliver on that promise in your opinion, you can replace or return it. No questions asked.
Damaged Product. If for any reason your product turns up damaged, we’ll replace it for you.
Doesn’t Satisfy. If for any reason at all the gear you bought doesn’t satisfy you or your partner, just return it.
We’ll pay for the return shipping. We’ll pay for the shipping of the replacement product, any refunds will be by the same method you used to pay.

1. Incorrect Size If an item you have purchased does not fit for any reason, it will be exchanged for another item of the right size.
1.1 No Fitment Available If no product is available that fits your size required, you will be offered exchange for a different product or a refund.
2. Unsatisfactory Quality Hardrrr prides itself on providing only the highest quality products. If for some reason the item you have received does not meet the quality standards that you expect from Hardrrr, you may return the item for exchange or refund.
2.1 No Questions Asked Returning an item due to unsatisfactory quality will not be questioned by the Hardrrr team.
2.2 Subjective Quality Quality is in the eye of the beholder, and we will leave it up to you to decide what you consider to be satisfactory quality or not.
3. Defective or Damaged Product All Hardrrr products are subject to stringent quality control. If your product arrives damaged or somehow defective, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund.
3.1 Photographic Evidence If you find upon receiving your item that the item is damaged or defective, it must be photographed before use and immediately submitted to Hardrrr using the form above.
4. Personal Satisfaction All Hardrrr products are designed to deliver the maximum level of personal satisfaction. No matter whether that satisfaction is for the Dom, the sub, or both, satisfaction is guaranteed. If you do not receive the level of personal satisfaction you expect, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
5. Exchange In the event that your product requires exchange due to one of the reasons listed in point 1, 2, 3 or 4, you will be provided with a postage paid return satchel, to return the item to Hardrrr. Upon receipt of the item, Hardrrr will send out the appropriate item for exchange at no cost to you.
6. Return In the event that you wish to return your product due to one of the reasons listed above in point 1, 2, 3, or 4, you will be provided with a postage paid return satchel, to return the item to Hardrrr. Upon receipt of the item, Hardrrr will issue the appropriate credit.
7. Refunds In the event that upon returning your item a refund is due, Hardrrr will refund the complete purchase price including postage to your original method of payment. Refunds are issued only upon receipt of the returned item and are processed within 5 business days.
8. Postage To process exchanges and returns, Hardrrr will provide you with a postage paid return satchel in order for you to return the item. You will not be required to pay for postage.
9. Resale Condition In any return or exchange circumstances listed above in point 1, 2, 3, or 4, items must be in resell-able condition.
10. Hygiene Conditions Where required by law, some items may not be returned after use for hygiene purposes. These items will be clearly denoted upon receipt of your purchase.
